Architectural Elements

For our renovation projects design development begins by defining the bones of your home. We design custom cabinetry and millwork; select moldings and hardware; and source tile, stone, and plumbing fixtures. This thoughtfully considered base layer is communicated to the general contractor’s team through a robust construction drawing set and a detailed specifications package.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We design, source and present all furniture, fabrics, lighting, floor coverings, window treatments, wallpaper, artwork and decor to create a layered and cohesive home. We thoughtfully incorporate elements that make your home feel distinctive and collected, and are investments for the future.

CONTRACTOR COLLABORATION

For our renovation projects we closely collaborate with the general contractor throughout the construction process. This includes review of shop drawings and finish samples, weekly owner meetings, regular site visits and punch list oversight to keep your project on track and ensure the design is being executed as intended.

PROCUREMENT & INSTALL

We handle the procurement of all furnishings. Engaging with craftsman, artisans and trade sources we facilitate the creation of all pieces. We coordinate and oversee the installation of floor coverings, window treatments, furniture, art, bedding and decor. Your project is now complete and your home is ready to be lived in and enjoyed!
