A family came to us with the dream of creating a three story carriage house that paid homage to the old barn it was replacing while providing space for a home gym, garage and two bedroom guest suite.

We incorporated architectural details such as salvaged beams and custom designed bead board and cabinetry to visually connect the new build to their historic home.
